What is it about so many of us, that wherever we travel, we end up shopping, whether for a small souvenir to take home or a bargain? Is that the recent my nephew and his wife found themselves in the shoe department of Macy’s in New York, yesterday? What do you think?
A few years ago I made my only visit to the USA to date, and spent a few fascinating and tiring days in New York, where we made the most of all the iconic sites, especially the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Empire State Building and Times Square.
