This DISCLAIMER does not affect your statutory rights against the third party seller. If you would like information about your legal rights you should contact your local trading standards or citizens advice bureau. We will notify you when a third party is involved in a transaction, and we may disclose your personal information related to that transaction to the third party seller.
  5. Consumer Rights
    1. If you are contracting as a consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (formerly the Distance Selling Regulations) specify that you may cancel a Contract at any time within fourteen (14) days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy (set out in clause 10 below). Please note that if you are not dealing as a consumer you are not entitled to cancel the contract after the Dispatch Order has been sent.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
    3. You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any of the following Products:

    3. Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
    4. Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedure so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you that we are rejecting it.

Payment will be collected upon placing of your order, however, if we are only able to send out part we will contact you for instructions as to whether you wish to wait for the balance of your order to be in stock or if you would prefer to cancel the balance and receive a refund equivalent to the non-dispatched items plus the additional P&P charged for each of those items.
    7. If paying by cheque (minimum of £35.00) please print off and send to us a copy of our email to you acknowledging that we have received your order along with a cheque in relation to the Products that you have ordered.

Debit and Credit Card Security

All transaction information passed between Guy's Magnets Ltd T/A MapsWorldwie and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing we pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Once the information is in Sage Pay's systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

Sage Pay’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands. Sage pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. Sage Page are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.
