Covers the area around Benouville and Ranville, and is centred on what is now know as Pegasus Bridge. It was the scene of the heroic glider landings that have been called "the greatest feat of flying of WWII". The map is double-sided and covers the area from Ouistreham in the north, southward to Herouvillette, and westward to Cazelle. Includes background notes on the Allied invasion, its mapping requirements, the significance of the area in this map and on the remarkable action resulting in the capture of the bridge.
