<p>This Inch to the Mile map covers parts of counties Armagh,  Louth and Monaghan. The map includes the towns of Dundalk,  Carrickmacross and Crossmaglen,  with coverage stretching from Laragh eastward to Jonesborough. Features include the railway from Dundalk to Carrickmacross etc,  the Forkhill area,  Louth village with its ruined abbey,  Roche Castle,  the south Armagh area,  etc. The reverse includes a detailed map of Carrickmacross.  It is not possible to list the many hamlets,  farmsteads and other topographical features shown on these maps. However,  you may find it useful if we list the towns and principal villages or church parishes that are included on this map. Co Armagh: Creggan,  Crossmaglen,  Drumintree,  Forkhill,  Jonesborough. Co Louth: Barronstown,  Dundalk,  Kilcurly,  Louth,  Mullacrew. Co Monaghan: Ballymackney,  Carrickmacross,  Donaghmoyne,  InishkeenThese maps normally cover an area of about 18 miles by 12 miles and are especially good at showing railways</p></description>

The reverse includes a more detailed map of the small town of Tandragee,  including Castle,  Flax Spinning Mill, and showing each house in the Market Street and Church Street area. It is not possible to list the many hamlets,  farmsteads and other topographical features shown on these maps. <p>This Inch to the Mile map covers the area of south Armagh centred on Newtownhamilton,  and a small portion of Co Monaghan around Castleblayney. The map includes the towns of Keady,  Newtownhamilton and Castleblayney,  while to the east are Camlough and Bessbrook. Features include Slieve Gullion,  Camlough Mountain,  part of the Bessbrook and Newry Tramway,  part of the Armagh and Newry Branch,  mills and bleach works in the Keady and Darkley area,  Muckno Lake etc. The reverse includes a detailed map of Keady itself in 1906,  incl Town Hall,  St Matthew&#039;s church,  mills,  mill pond,  St Clare&#039;s Convent,  railway under construction,  saw mills etc.  It is not possible to list the many hamlets,  farmsteads and other topographical features shown on these maps.
