Major features include a stretch of the Great Central Railway with engine shed, Neepsend Gas Works, River Don, Parkwood Springs, Philadelphia, Cannon Brewery, Hillfoot, Walkley Ward, Lower Walkley, Walkley Lane Brick Works, Limbrick Works, River Loxley, Owlerton Bridge Rolling Mills, Old Park Silver Rolling Mills, trams and depot, Olwerton, Barracks, Birley Meadow Forge etc. There is a selection of street directory entries on the reverse, including Freedom Road, Holme Lane, Hoole Street, Penistone Road.
