The main map is an enlargement of a section of Freytag & Berndt’s map of Kenya -Tanzania - Uganda at 1:2,000,000, so all the place names and roads are larger than on other maps of Kenya alone; bolder and easier to read in the outlaying areas, but perhaps a little too congested in the country’s more populated parts. All the usual geographical and tourist features such as national parks and game reserves are shown. Latitude and longitude are marked at 2º intervals. Map legend includes English. An extensive index of place names, printed on the reverse, includes the adjoining areas of neighbouring counties.
