Northern India at 1:1,500,000 in a series of five double-sided maps from Nelles, with their slightly smaller size offering a convenient format for use when travelling. The maps present the country’s road and rail networks on a base with relief shading to show the topography. National parks and nature or game reserves are highlighted, as are numerous places of interest. Also shown are the country’s internal administrative boundaries with names of the states.Coverage includes the area north of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, extending to cover the whole of Kashmir, but without including the far eastern part of the Indian Himalaya around Nanda Devi and the Pindari Glacier. An enlargement shows Ladakh and Zanskar at 1:650,000. Also included are basic street plans of central Delhi, Agra and Srinagar.
