Sample map OS Select gives you the opportunity to decide exactly where you want the centre of the map to be. For example; you can centre your house, a town – anywhere in Great Britain, your favourite walk or even a mountain bike trail! So if you want the benefit of the maximum area around your special place, choose OS Select - be at the centre of your adventures - avoid the edge! OS Select maps are exclusively printed for you, all you need to do is to order the correct map – folded or rolled, paper or laminated, then provided that you have given us a telephone number with your order, we will contact you to finalise the various options available. There is also the choice of having the map legend to be in the Welsh or English language. These options include a title and subtitle for the cover as well as a choice of cover photographs. Cover photographs are shown under “Index Map”. OS Select maps are all the same size at 80cm x 80cm and created using large-format printers providing a high quality output. It is not possible to provide a magnetic variation or grid magnetic angle for individual OS Select maps, and as such Ordnance Survey cannot be held liable for errors in navigation when using a compass or GPS equipment. Turnaround normally 48 hours.
