The atlas opens with an information section "Get the most from your SatNav", which explains how the various different types of satnav work, how to use them to the full, what to do when the information is out of date and how to block unsatisfactory routes. The rest of the atlas consists of main road maps, city and town maps and notes on the top visitor attractions in each destination. The main roads are at 10 miles to 1 inch, showing A and B roads, primary routes and motorways, and marking junctions and service areas. Also included are motorway maps for London, Birmingham and Manchester.
