Location Plans are required by the planning authorities when you are extending your home or wish to carry out small building projects. This Location Plan can be address-centred and will provide you with plan at a scale of 1:1250. This will give you a site centred map covering 200m x 200m of ground space. This Location Plan is in monochrome as shown in the image. Each Sitemap pack includes 6 copies, one to keep and 5 for the planning application, should you be making a planning application.

All you need to do is supply us with the postcode and address of the property to be covered in the box above. The Location Plans will be sent out to you by post usually the same day or can be emailed to you.
