A complete touring and hiking guide to Iti, consisting of a map and a 32-page booklet. The map (scale of 1:50.000) is based on those of the Hellenic Army Geographical Service. The updated road network is the result of many months of surveying, while a great many place names and other landmarks (springs, caves, monuments, mills, monasteries, old churches etc.) have been added to aid the walker and climber. In addition, all the paths from the villages to Livadhies Plateau and the highest peaks have been included. The booklet gives a historical survey of the settlements on Mt Iti as well as its most significant sights. The basic features of Iti National Park are presented in a special chapter, while the chapter on Mountaineering depicts the main hiking routes through map extracts as well as sketches of the two main cross-country skiing routes.
